Walter (Wally) Boos, the company’s CEO, has consistently created value during his career in the technology industry.

Trained as a CPA and a veteran of IBM’s vaunted sales operation, Boos, has served as president of SchoolKiT, an educational software company. He was also president of the U.S. division of Content Technologies, a developer of e-mail security software.

Boos is a graduate of the University of Washington.
